I am delighted in the resurgence of interest in the hand made. ‘Making’ is more than just an activity, the journey it takes you on is usually more important than the arrival or the end result.
As designer Emma Mitchell, craftswoman and author of ‘Making Winter’ says :
‘There is increasing scientific evidence that both crafting and contact with nature can boost mood and help to fend off depression by altering the levels of neurotransmitters such as serotonin and dopamine in our brains.’
With this in mind I am very happy to create a bespoke workshop for you, your colleagues or staff.
If you are interested please use the contact page of the web site. I look forward to hearing from you.
